Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Project Manager to lead Product Development projects within the PMO framework, driving initiatives from planning to delivery. Base location can be Aubagne or Göttingen, working with a dedicated team to align objectives with company strategy and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

Academic degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
First years of work experience in project or program management roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to anticipate challenges and adapt to changing timelines.
Proven skills in using project management tools.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Drive projects through the PMO governance process and prepare gate reviews.
Serve as the first point of contact for project management processes and systems.
Develop and execute comprehensive project or program plans with objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate resource allocation and ensure teams have necessary tools and support.
Provide direction and motivation to project teams to achieve objectives.
Communicate with stakeholders and maintain positive relationships; manage expectations.
Ensure dashboards are up to date for senior meetings and manage the portfolio risks & issues.
Monitor budgets and generate reports on project health and performance.
