Cato Networks is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the French region. You will be a trusted advisor to our top customers from deployment through renewal, guiding adoption and expansion with your customer-facing and technical acumen.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders, orchestrate post-sales motions, conduct QBRs, drive product adoption maturity, manage renewals and upsells, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or sales in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience with Networking, Security or AI software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to listen and understand customer needs and provide sustainable solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Own post-sales motion from deployment to renewal and upsell.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, CS, R&D and Support.
• Lead QBRs and product adoption maturity assessments to drive value realization.
