LinkedIn in Paris, France is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager (CSM) on a 7‑month fixed‑term contract. The hybrid role combines strategic advisory duties with AI‑savvy enablement to drive adoption, retention, and growth of LinkedIn Hiring Solutions.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to onboard users, analyze usage, and deliver measurable ROI through success plans and regular reviews. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, Product Training and Enablement, Project Management, or Change Management.
• Business fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a Customer Champion and Advocate.
• Help customers realize value from their investment.
• Partner on customer retention and expansion.
• Ensure effective onboarding and engagement on LinkedIn Hiring products and solutions within assigned customers.
• Drive retention and ROI through success plans and business reviews.
• Build trusted relationships and align on business objectives to guide customers to value.
• Share data-driven insights, education options, and map Hiring solutions to workflows.
