monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Paris to be the technical spearhead of our AI transformation for strategic customers. You’ll embed with C-level and technical teams to architect, build, and ship AI solutions in production, accountable for business outcomes.

This autonomous, high-visibility role partners with Sales, CS, and Product to translate insights into scalable deployments and reusable assets beyond a single engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building applications from scratch with TypeScript/Node.js/React.
• Experience leading hands-on projects end-to-end in production, client-facing preferred.
• Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering with AI/LLM expertise.
• Ability to influence C-suite relationships in ambiguous environments.
• Track record turning delivery into reusable assets or playbooks.

Responsabilités

• Strategic transformation: embed with C-level stakeholders to architect end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows.
• Outcome ownership: define success criteria with customer and drive adoption and ROI.
• Build and ship: design platform configurations, build monday agents and vibe apps, wire MCP integrations, prototype custom scripts.
• Eval-driven product feedback: instrument deployments, run evals, translate findings into PRDs and roadmap input.
• Cross-functional leadership: partner with Sales and CS as the technical authority and productize learnings.
