XPO Logistics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager Construction Europe (F/H) to develop and expand a portfolio of strategic pan-European customers, leading European account plans and coordinating international tenders with cross-functional teams.

You will build trusted relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and executive stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth across multiple countries within the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in transport, logistics, supply chain, or the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing strategic international accounts.
• Experience with construction, building materials, industrial manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; an additional European language is a strong advantage.

• Lead pan-European commercial negotiations and coordinate international tenders.
• Ensure consistent commercial and operational execution across multiple countries.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on customer commitments.
• Monitor account performance through financial and operational KPIs.
• Identify supply chain optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
