Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead pivotal energy solutions within the data centre sector across Europe. You will build and execute strategic plans, nurture executive relationships, and secure complex opportunities in energy-as-a-service and decarbonisation.

You will negotiate large contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor on market trends and energy transition opportunities, while traveling across domestic and European markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic account management across large, complex deals.
• Strong knowledge of energy solutions, renewables, and energy transition.
• Track record engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Experience navigating long sales cycles with large commercial agreements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and retention across Europe datacentre accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and executives.
• Identify and secure complex opportunities in energy-as-a-service and decarbonisation.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, legal and HSE teams.
• Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to deliver additional value.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and energy transition opportunities.
