Arrive, based in Paris, is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to draft and negotiate complex agreements across software, hardware, and MaaS initiatives. You will partner with Transport leadership, sales, product, and global teams to accelerate deals while balancing risk.

Qualifications

Law degree from a reputable European university.
Admission to a European jurisdiction or Paris Bar CAPA preferred.
6+ years drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions.

Responsabilités

Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements (transit, SaaS, software licensing, hardware, distribution).
Advise Transport business unit on high-value deals and procurement processes.
Provide strategic, day-to-day legal guidance across software, hardware, and broader activities.
Collaborate with product, commercial, sales and cross-functional teams across regions.
Embrace AI and emerging technologies to streamline contract lifecycles and improve efficiency.
