Arrive is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join its Legal Team in Paris. You will draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements spanning transit partnerships, SaaS, licensing, hardware, and supply chain, with a focus on expanding the Transport business.

You will advise sales, product, and cross-functional teams and drive efficient contract lifecycles using AI tools. You will report to a Deputy General Counsel and collaborate with global stakeholders while navigating public

Qualifications

A law degree from a reputable European university.
Active legal credentials or European jurisdiction; Paris Bar/CAPA is a strong plus.
6+ years of drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions.
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
Experience supporting transport, urban mobility, or smart city deals; knowledge of public procurement.

Responsabilités

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements (transit partnerships, MaaS, SaaS, licensing, hardware, supply chain, distribution).
Structure and negotiate high-value transport deals with Transport leadership.
Provide pragmatic legal support to accelerate revenue and expand Arrive’s Transport footprint.
Advise across software and hardware product lines and broader commercial activities.
Identify and manage legal/commercial risks to align with business objectives.
