Jobtailor in Paris seeks a senior contracts counsel to craft strategic AI-related agreements and manage negotiations across suppliers, partners, and customers. The role requires translating evolving regulations into practical guidance for contracting and ensuring compliance in AI deployments.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree, bar admission, 3–5 years' tech/AI contract experience, and strong GDPR knowledge, with autonomy and an international mindset to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law and bar admission are required.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in tech/AI contract negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Knowledge of IP, contract law, liability, regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Draft and provide strategic advice on contracts, including AI-related service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor product and AI-related legal and regulatory developments.
• Translate legal developments into contract adaptation and negotiation guidance.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in AI technology deployment.
• Support labor, corporate, and competition law topics as needed.
• Report to the General Counsel based in Paris.
