Job summary

360Learning seeks a CFO/VP Finance to lead our global Finance organization and partner with the CEO, Executive Committee and Board. You will shape our SaaS operating model, optimize resources, and balance growth with profitability and cash generation.

You will build financial visibility, oversee forecasting, budgeting and governance, and drive M&A, investor relations and liquidity strategy while fostering accountability across Revenue, Product, People and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with senior leadership in B2B SaaS or scaleups.
• Proven ability to shape SaaS operating models and drive ARR growth.
• Strong forecasting, modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with PE/Growth equity, Board reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Finance, partner with CEO and Board, and set strategy.
• Deliver forecasts, KPI dashboards and actionable management reporting.
• Drive cost efficiency,資資 allocation and investment balance.
• Oversee M&A framework, due diligence and post‑acquisition performance.
