Qualifications

• Higher education degree in finance, management, or equivalent, accounting qualification a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior CFO/Head of Finance role with HR and legal exposure.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable and payable, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate HR, payroll, and compliance with labor law and statutory obligations.
• Lead HR policy implementation, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Supervise legal matters and manage commercial contracts with external advisors.
