360Learning is seeking a CFO / VP Finance to lead our global Finance organization and partner with the CEO, Executive Committee and Board. You will drive sustainable, profitable growth, shape the SaaS operating model, and balance growth with cash generation while strengthening governance and financial discipline.
You will work cross-functionally with Revenue, Product, People and Operations to turn financial insights into strategic decisions, align resources, and prepare for future liquidity
Qualifikationen
- 10+ years in Finance with senior leadership in B2B SaaS.
- Strong grasp of ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, gross margin.
- Forecasting, modeling and performance management.
- Balance growth investments with profitability and cash generation.
- Experience with PE/Growth Equity, Board reporting, governance.
- Exposure to M&A, due diligence, fundraising and capital allocation.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Within 1 month, understand strategy, financial performance, organization, culture and priorities.
- Build relationships with the CEO, EC, Finance team and key stakeholders.
- Review financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
- Assess maturity of Finance organization, systems, internal controls and governance.
- Identify main drivers of growth, profitability, cash generation and efficiency.
- Deliver an initial diagnostic highlighting risks, opportunities and priorities.
- Within 3 months, align on an 18-month Finance roadmap with governance and team development.
- Strengthen forecasting and SaaS metrics visibility; provide management reporting.
- Establish strong financial business partnering with Revenue, Product, People.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and resource allocation.
- Review systems and data infrastructure; pursue automation opportunities.
- Take ownership of Board reporting, investor communications and planning.
- Assess current M&A framework; strengthen due diligence and post-acquisition tracking.
- Within 12 months, drive growth and profitability, cash generation and Rule of 40.
- Build a best-in-class operating model with KPIs and clear accountability.
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize cost structure and unit economics.
- Build a scalable global Finance organization with governance.
- Strengthen governance, audit readiness and risk management.
- Support acquisitions, financing strategy and capital planning.
- Partner with CEO/Board on long-term strategy and liquidity scenarios.
- Make Finance a key driver of shareholder value.
