Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Chief Financial Officer / VP Finance to steer the company’s global finance function and partner with the CEO, Executive Committee and Board. You will shape the SaaS operating model, drive profitability, and lead strategic initiatives including M&A and liquidity planning.

In this role you will build a roadmap, elevate forecasting and metrics, and foster strong business partnering across Revenue, Product, People and Operations, while scaling the finance organization and

Qualifications

10+ years in Finance, including senior leadership in B2B SaaS.
Experience with PE/Growth Equity investors, board reporting and capital allocation.
Exposure to M&A, due diligence, fundraising and integration.

Responsibilities

Lead global Finance organization and partner with CEO, Exec Committee and Board.
Build an 18-month Finance roadmap aligned with growth, profitability and cash generation.
Improve forecasting, SaaS metrics, reporting and governance.
Drive cost optimization, investment discipline and scalable processes.
Oversee Board reporting, investor communications and strategic financial planning.
Support evaluation and integration of strategic acquisitions.
