Job summary

The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) seeks an Association Manager for a permanent contract to lead its Sophia Antipolis headquarters in France. You will define and implement the association's strategy, oversee activities, support leadership and volunteers, and ensure ethical governance while strengthening ESC’s visibility and influence across Europe.

Travel within Europe is required; after a two‑month integration period teleworking up to 3 days/week is possible, with a fixed daily allowance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business/management.
• Minimum 7 years in strategic and leadership roles.
• Experience in project leadership and volunteer motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Smartsheet.
