Job summary

European Society of Cardiology seeks a proactive coordinator to steer the Digital Health & AI Partnerships Division. You will oversee governance, deliver strategic initiatives, and liaison with COMEX and multiple teams while ensuring a professional representation of the division.

You will manage events, coordinate meetings, and drive stakeholder engagement across an international network, including volunteers and external partners. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project or Programme Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating projects, governance, events or stakeholder communities in an international environment.
• Experience in healthcare, scientific or professional associations or digital environments is advantageous.
• Strong project coordination and operational planning skills with ability to translate strategy into action.
• Experience managing governance processes, meetings, minutes and action tracking.
• Experience coordinating virtual, hybrid and in-person events, including logistics and vendors.
• Ability to monitor progress, risks, dependencies and budgets with clear leadership updates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance and day-to-day operations of AI initiatives and related groups.
• Plan meetings, prepare agendas, manage logistics and track decisions/actions.
• Maintain records of discussions, decisions and project progress.
• Coordinate priority Digital Health & AI projects and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Foster collaboration across ESC teams, volunteers and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and provide leadership briefings.
• Lead operational delivery of events and manage post-event follow-up.
• Support communication workstreams and stakeholder engagement with Marketing & Communications.
