Job summary

The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) is seeking a Brand, Design and Production Coordinator for a permanent contract at its Sophia Antipolis headquarters, France. You will plan and coordinate print and digital materials, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery, while engaging with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include developing ESC communication materials, managing supplier relationships, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field (Bachelor's/Master's).
• Experience coordinating design, print and production projects.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet briefs.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently.
• Support procurement, contracts, invoicing with Finance.
