Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption of our AI solutions inside sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure. You will lead executive workshops, co-create roadmaps, and design end‑to‑end AI deployments across secure architectures.

You will partner with the Applied AI team, own pilots, and guide customers from strategy to production. Travel 30–60% is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role.
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science, with credibility to advise technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript) to demonstrate value.
• Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills, with ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level).
• Resilient, results‑driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
• Comfort operating under security, compliance, and confidentiality constraints.
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) is a plus.
• Experience deploying AI in regulated or sovereign environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic discovery workshops to identify challenges where AI can drive value in regulated environments.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, aligning solutions with mission objectives.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions and integrate models into secure architectures (cloud, on‑premise, air‑gapped).
• Own pilots and proofs‑of‑value, guiding customers to full-scale deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to maximize value and monitor KPIs with executive sponsors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence product, science, and security roadmaps.
• Travel ~30–60% to foster relationships and support on‑site deployment.
