Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist for its Applied AI for Critical and Sovereign Institutions team. You will drive adoption and deployment of AI solutions inside sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure, from strategy to production, across cloud, on-premise, and air-gapped environments.

You will partner with senior leaders, design roadmaps, and ensure secure, scalable deployment while navigating regulatory constraints and security clearances in a globally distributed

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role
• Degree in a relevant scientific field
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Executive presence and communication to influence senior stakeholders
• Resilient, results-driven, and collaborative leadership
• Comfort operating under security, compliance, and confidentiality constraints
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC)
• Experience deploying AI in regulated or sovereign environments

Responsabilités

• Lead executive-level and mission-owner workshops to identify challenges and opportunities
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and articulate a clear path to value
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases and align solutions
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating models and platform into workflows
• Partner with Applied AI to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production
• Own pilots and proofs-of-value to demonstrate potential and drive deployment
• Serve as trusted advisor guiding AI strategy and maximizing investment value
• Monitor KPIs and communicate progress to executive sponsors
• Identify expansion opportunities across use cases and units
• Bridge customers with internal teams and scale go-to-market in regulated settings
• Travel ~30-60% to foster client relationships and support on-site deployment
