Parallel is building AI and automation solutions for healthcare facilities. We seek an Account Manager to ensure our existing clients are successful with the product and to uncover growth opportunities within their organizations.

You will manage an existing portfolio, ensure clear product adoption, respond to questions, resolve straightforward issues, and maintain strong relationships with IT teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous in workload management.
• Comfortable working with data for reporting and KPI tracking.
• Ownership of customer relationships and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage an existing portfolio of client accounts.
• Ensure product adoption and respond to customer questions.
• Report on KPIs and client satisfaction to leadership.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
