Job summary

Vocca, a healthcare AI SaaS with Paris and New York presence, seeks a client-facing portfolio manager to grow our accounts. You will spot opportunities, build an expansion plan for each site, and leverage client networks to open new facilities.

With 2–5 years in account management or customer success with revenue targets, you will drive satisfaction and usage, track impact (calls handled, time saved) and push for upsells.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in a client-facing role with a real business dimension: account management, account management on a platform or marketplace, customer success with revenue targets, consulting.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and quantify results.
• Fluent French with good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Grow every account by spotting opportunities: site openings, new practitioners, new services.
• Build and execute expansion plans for each account, from identification to signature.
• Leverage client networks to open new facilities and manage the portfolio.
• Drive satisfaction and usage with regular check-ins and CRM tracking.
