Parallel 1245 is building AI-native tools to automate hospital administrative workflows, starting with medical coding. You will join a small founding team and directly interact with the CEO, CTO, engineering, and customers to shape this product and its roadmap.

The role requires 3+ years in PM for B2B SaaS, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for turning user needs into practical AI-powered solutions that reduce burnout and improve revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience working with AI products is preferred.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making decisions with limited data.

Responsabilités

• Own part of the product roadmap from discovery to delivery.
• Engage with hospital stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate real-world needs into clear product specs and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to ship quickly and iterate in production.
• Define success metrics and ensure features deliver customer and business impact.
• Incorporate field insights from sales and operations into product decisions.
