Job summary

Vocca is seeking a client-facing Growth & Account Manager to own a growing portfolio in a healthcare AI environment. You will identify sites, practitioners, and services to upsell, coordinating deployments and maintaining strong client relationships across Paris-based and international accounts.

You will drive expansion plans, manage an upsell pipeline, and ensure high retention while collaborating with product and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in a client-facing role with a revenue dimension.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and quantify results.
• Fluent French, good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Grow every account by identifying opportunities and expanding scope.
• Drive client satisfaction and usage, tracking calls and outcomes.
• Coordinate deployments on new sites and ensure smooth handover to deployment.
• Manage portfolio with CRM discipline and proactive insights to product/sales teams.
