Parallel, Paris-based, is building AI-native tools to automate hospital administrative workflows and unlock revenue through AI-powered medical coding. You will join a small founding team, work directly with the CEO/CTO, and shape the product with hospital stakeholders to reduce burnout and improve operations.

You’ll own parts of the roadmap, translate real-world needs into clear specs, and partner with engineering to ship rapidly.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Product Management (B2B SaaS), ideally on AI products.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information.
Enjoy talking directly to users and customers and letting that shape the product.
Translate technical constraints and AI capabilities into user value.

Responsabilités

Own part of the product roadmap from problem discovery to delivery and iteration.
Work directly with hospital stakeholders (DIM, DSI, DAF, end-users) to understand workflows and pain points.
Translate real-world hospital needs into clear product specs and priorities.
Partner closely with engineering to ship fast, make tradeoffs, and iterate in production.
Define success metrics and ensure features drive customer and business impact.
Bring field insights back into product decisions.
