Crocs, Inc. seeks a Sales Team Lead to drive daily sales targets and deliver world-class service. You will oversee opening/closing procedures, educate team members on products and promotions, and lead by example to meet store goals.

The role offers growth alongside industry partners and requires flexibility for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs service model.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to meet store deadlines.
• Learn and assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
