Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in France to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation and deliver a world-class shopping experience.

You will mentor and coach the team, drive sales, and manage all day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service tasks with integrity. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, handle scheduling and payroll planning, and collaborate with district and regional teams to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsabilités

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of policies, standards and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities and deliver results.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with merchandising teams.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead by example following Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget with reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen, and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, workforce management, and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication among store team, district, regional management and other partners.
