BIRKENSTOCK is seeking a store leader in Villefontaine, France. You will drive customer experience by conveying our values and product knowledge, and mentor colleagues to achieve store goals.

You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, manage administrative tasks, and focus on KPIs to maximize commercial success while developing brand awareness in the local market. Fluency in French and English is required to engage with diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in the retail sector.
• Passion for sales and customer service with openness to all people.
• Curiosity for fashion/footwear trends and brand affinity.
• Results-oriented with understanding of retail KPIs and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and cash register systems.
• Excellent French and English skills; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Convey the values and quality of our products, inspire with your openness and product know-how, and motivate colleagues.
• With the Store Manager, create a positive atmosphere, coach the team, and handle administrative tasks.
• Monitor commercial success, targets and KPIs, and intervene to maintain high performance.
• Plan store development and increase brand awareness with the Store Manager.
• Be available to help, listen, and find solutions for challenges.
