ALO in France is seeking a Store Manager who acts as a true business owner, leading Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to deliver growth. You will develop retail strategies, know the local market, and align with ALO's mission and brand standards.

You will manage a team, coach for performance, recruit, and optimize schedules, while ensuring a safe, high-energy store environment and excellent guest experiences across shifts including peak periods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the store's retail strategies.
• Lead team by leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals.
• Develops an environment of growth, accountability and inclusivity through development, performance management, training and consistent coaching.
• Establish internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategy.
• Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor and maintain a safe work environment.
