Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a Big Box or specialty environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar sales and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Direct management of store leadership to ensure policy execution and staffing.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and customer service to drive sales.
• Partner with store teams and districts to coordinate promotions and inventory.
• Lead the store as Manager on Duty (MOD) and manage scheduling and payroll.
• Recruit, train, and coach associates to deliver a world-class shopping experience.
