Job summary

Champion is seeking a Store Manager for a new store located inside Valvert Croix Blanche, a shopping mall in France. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and ensure a distinctive shopping experience aligned with Champion values.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fashion. English is a plus, and flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and dynamic Store Manager with experience in the role for our new store located inside Valvert Croix Blanche, shopping mall.

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE:

• Be a point of reference for the team, guiding them and developing their potential to achieve sales targets;
• Select, train, and motivate the team, creating a positive and engaging environment;
• Analyze key KPIs and manage all store activities (sales, stockroom, shift planning, visual merchandising, inventory, etc.);
• Collaborate with the Visual team to enhance the product and deliver a distinctive shopping experience;
• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a customer experience consistent with Champion's values.
