Job summary

Champion Europe Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the new Champion store inside Valvert Croix Blanche shopping mall in Le Plessis-Pâté, Île-de-France. You will help lead the team, drive sales, and deliver an authentic customer experience aligned with our brand.

You will monitor KPIs, support daily store operations, coordinate with Visual Merchandising, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. Shift work, weekends, and holidays may be required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as assistant store manager or in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Comfort with store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and dynamic Assistant Store Manager with experience in the role for our new store located inside Valvert Croix Blanche, shopping mall.

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE:

• Support in leading, guiding, and developing the team to achieve sales targets and deliver strong performance;
• Support the selection, training, and motivation of the team, contributing to a positive and engaging working environment;
• Monitor key KPIs and support the Store Manager in managing daily store activities, including sales, stockroom, shift planning, visual merchandising, and inventory;
• Collaborate with the Visual team to ensure an appealing product presentation and a distinctive shopping experience;
• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience consistent with Champion’s values;
• Act as a point of reference for the team in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth and effective day-to-day operations.
