Job summary

Champion Europe Group is seeking a Store Manager for a new location inside Valvert Croix Blanche, shopping mall in Île-de-France. The role focuses on guiding a team, achieving sales targets, and delivering a distinctive Champion shopping experience through strong leadership and customer focus.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of retail management experience, be organized and results-driven, and be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience managing a retail store and leading teams.
• You are organized, multitasking, and results-oriented.
• You are passionate about the fashion/lifestyle world and know how to convey energy and motivation.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus.
• You are flexible and available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• You speak English (knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus).

Responsibilities

• Be a reference point for the team, guiding them and developing their potential to achieve sales targets;
• Select, train, and motivate the team, creating a positive and engaging environment;
• Analyze key KPIs and manage all store activities (sales, stockroom, shift planning, visual merchandising, inventory, etc.);
• Collaborate with the Visual team to enhance the product and deliver a distinctive shopping experience;
• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a customer experience consistent with Champion’s values.
