Champion is seeking a Store Manager for our new store inside Valvert Croix Blanche shopping mall. You will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure a shopping experience that reflects Champion's values.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and dynamic Store Manager with experience in the role for our new store located inside Valvert Croix Blanche, shopping mall.

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE:

• Be a point of reference for the team, guiding them and developing their potential to achieve sales targets;
• Select, train, and motivate the team, creating a positive and engaging environment;
• Analyze key KPIs and manage all store activities (sales, stockroom, shift planning, visual merchandising, inventory, etc.);
• Collaborate with the Visual team to enhance the product and deliver a distinctive shopping experience;
• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a customer experience consistent with Champion’s values.
