Dweet. is seeking a Store Manager for a premium contemporary womenswear brand in Paris. You will lead a medium-sized team, drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards and sustainability commitments.

In this hands-on role you will optimize daily operations, training, and recruitment, while coaching the team to deliver outstanding client experiences and maintain visual merchandising excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading medium-sized teams in fast-paced environments.

About the Company and the Role

Our client is a premium contemporary womenswear brand with a strong presence in the retail market. They are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead one of their established street retail locations.

This position is suited to a hands‑on and commercially driven leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and brand experience. The Store Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance, elevating the client journey, and supporting the continued growth of the business while leading a medium‑sized team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive and maximize store sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
2. Oversee all daily store operations, including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
3. Analyze business results and identify opportunities to improve performance and customer engagement.

Profile

1. Fluent in English and French.
2. Minimum of 4 years’ management experience within retail.
3. Strong background in sales‑driven and operational retail environments.

6. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
7. Experience managing and developing medium‑sized teams in a fast‑paced environment.
