Job summary

Champion is seeking a Store Manager for a new store located inside Valvert Croix Blanche, a shopping mall in France. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and ensure a distinctive shopping experience aligned with Champion values.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and a passion for fashion. English is a plus, and flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a retail store and leading teams.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop the team to achieve sales targets.
• Select, train, and motivate the team to create a positive environment.
• Analyze KPIs and manage store activities (sales, stock, planning, merchandising, inventory).
• Collaborate with Visual team to enhance product presentation.
• Welcome and assist customers ensuring an authentic Champion experience.
