Clarks is seeking an FR Assistant Store Manager for Val d’Europe in Paris to support the Store Manager in running store operations and leading the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. Deputising for the Store Manager in their absence, you will drive CSAT, coach the team and ensure strong floor control and exceptional customer service.

You will develop product knowledge, manage tasks, and maintain retail standards to deliver outstanding shopping experiences and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including a management role and leading a team
• Strong coaching skills and ability to develop others
• Effective communicator who can provide clarity to individuals or team on expectations and outcomes
• Inspires and motivates a store team to deliver pride, energy and results
• Proficient with people processes and team development
• Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks without direct supervision
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles and store systems

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours and act as a role model to the sales team to consistently achieve personal KPIs
• Support the Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team to hit sales targets and KPIs
• Oversee the sales floor with strong Floor Control to maintain an inviting store
• Review CSAT insights and act to improve customer experience and store operations
• Support delivery of store operations and Visual Merchandising to uphold retail standards and create the desired shopping experience
• Upskill in product knowledge to become a product expert and train the team accordingly
• Organise and prioritise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales and service
• Provide regular feedback to motivate and improve performance
• Assist Store Manager with people issues to avoid escalation
• Build capability to manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
