Clarks Outlet in Paris Val d'Europe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering store targets and leading the sales team.

You will drive customer service, coach the team, manage floor operations, and ensure Visual Merchandising standards, while developing product knowledge and safeguarding the shopper experience.

This role requires proactive organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to deputise effectively in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management with proven team leadership.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Able to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Proactive, organised and able to prioritise tasks.
• Proficient with in-store IT systems and VM principles.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours and lead the sales team to meet KPIs.
• Support the Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team to hit targets.
• Oversee the sales floor with strong Floor Control to keep the store inviting.
• Utilise CSAT insights to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Support operations and Visual Merchandising to uphold retail standards.
• Upskill in product knowledge and train the team to use it to drive sales.
• Organise and prioritise tasks to protect sales and service levels.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate the team and boost performance.
• Assist in people issues to avoid escalation and continue smooth store running.
