ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency within our store leadership team. You will work with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work, provide feedback, and optimize total store operations.

You will lead inventory processes, maintain visual standards, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment while guiding a team of Operations Associates toward growth and strong guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to fix gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, transfers, floor replenishment, and stockroom standards.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe, efficient operations and stockroom discipline.
• Collaborate to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to service business needs and guests.
• Oversee Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent; provide feedback.
