Job summary

ALO is seeking a Store Manager in Paris to lead a high-performing Store, driving sales, operations, and visual standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires managing a Sales, Operations, and Visual team while upholding ALO’s mission and guest experience.

The candidate will develop talent, implement store strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet business goals while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within retail or related industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals.
• Create and sustain a store culture aligned with ALO’s mission.
