Prime Communications seeks a Retail Store Manager to drive store sales, service and operational standards. You will lead RSCs and ASM teams, develop programs, and ensure high customer experiences while managing inventory and loss prevention. This role requires coaching, Training and strong leadership.

The position is full-time, requires flexible hours, and offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities. You will be based on-site and contribute to district initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales management experience.
• 3+ years fulltime retail work experience.

Responsabilités
