Clarks in Paris is seeking a Store Team Leader to support the Store Manager in all store operations and to lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. The role includes deputising during Store Manager absence and driving customer satisfaction through strong merchandising and staff development.

The ideal candidate will have solid retail experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication, and proven ability to motivate a team to exceed sales targets while maintaining store

Qualifications

• Good retail experience including in a management role, leading a team.
• Strong coaching skills.
• Effective communicator who can provide clarity to individuals or team on what is required of them and why.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a store team through injecting pride, passion and energy to create a positive working environment.
• Proficient in supporting with people processes and team development.
• Experience delivering and exceeding sales and targets.
• Proactive with good organisation skills to initiate completion of tasks without direction or supervision.
• IT proficient with the ability to use a range of systems to manage in store activity.
• Good knowledge of and experience in Visual Merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours, being a role model to the sales team to consistently deliver personal KPIs.
• Support the Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team to ensure the store delivers its sales targets and associated KPIs.
• Oversee the sales floor, demonstrating Floor Control to ensure the store is a great place to shop.
• Review CSAT insights to identify actions to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Support in delivering store operations and Visual Merchandising to meet retail standards and create the shopping experience.
• Upskill knowledge of products to become a product expert and educate the team to drive sales.
• Organise and prioritise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales and service in store.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate and engage the team to improve performance.
• Support the Store Manager with managing people issues to avoid escalation.
• Build capability to manage all store aspects in the absence of the Store Manager.
