On is seeking an Associate Store Leader to drive operational excellence and team engagement in our Paris store, delivering premium service and a brand-centered customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will own floor operations, coach the team in Cloud CX, manage stock levels, analyze KPIs, close skill gaps with targeted training, and foster a culture of trust and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or premium / performance-driven brands.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with systemic thinking.
• Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching to diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance.
• Lead and coach the team on Cloud CX and customer-centric service.
• Manage stock levels and liaise on merchandising across teams.
• Analyze daily KPIs and implement behavioral changes to improve performance.
