Clarks is seeking an Outlet - FR Assistant Store Manager for One Nation to support the Store Manager in all store operations and to lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. You will deputise in the Store Manager's absence and ensure excellent customer experience on the shop floor.

The role requires strong retail leadership, coaching, and the ability to drive store KPIs and sales targets while maintaining best-practice visual standards.
