Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Manager for a full-time role to lead our store’s day-to-day operations and ensure customer readiness. You will manage inventory, scheduling, and staff performance, working closely with the General Manager and store leadership.

The role emphasizes maintaining operational standards, financial awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to protect store performance and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory control and labor planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues; escalate gaps as needed.
• Champion strong operational standards on the sales floor using performance data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Represent the business in leadership meetings; monitor budgets and metrics.
