ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to join our store leadership team. This role drives sales targets, guest experience, and talent development to embody ALO’s guiding principles on the floor.

You will partner with the General Manager to elevate processes, coach the Sales & Service team, and build a strong client relationship daily. This full-time position requires flexibility for opening/closing and weekend shifts in-store.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in retail or related field.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service quality.
• Ability to coach and develop front-line teams.
• Experience managing budgets and store performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead Sales & Service to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and address gaps with GM guidance.
• Develop workforce solutions to ensure floor coverage and drive initiatives.
• Build client relationships and represent the store in leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with GM to implement Sales & Service strategy.
