Alo in Courchevel is seeking a Sales & Service Lead for a seasonal fixed-term role to elevate the guest experience and drive engagement on the shop floor. You will ensure product education, deliver exceptional service, and guide the team to meet targets.

You will build daily client relationships, analyze reports to identify growth opportunities, and lead recruiting and development of talent while collaborating with Operations and Visual teams to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Alignment with ALO's guiding principles and values.
• Proof of right to live and work in country from start of employment.

Responsabilités

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor and provide product education.
• Build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results and highlight growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.
