Signal Week is looking for a Marketing Relations role owner to manage sponsor contracts, translate commitments into clear plans, and oversee announcements across social channels and email. You will be the primary contact for sponsors and ensure deliverables meet contractual commitments.

You will bridge client-facing account management with hands-on content execution, writing and scheduling live announcements while maintaining brand voice and assets across channels.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong client-facing and account management skills.
• Solid social media knowledge across LinkedIn and X.
• Ability to read contracts and map commitments to actions.
• Excellent written English with attention to detail.
• Highly organized with multiple sponsors and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret sponsor contracts, extract commitments into a tracker.
• Build sponsor obligations tracker mapping commitments to channel, format, owner, deadline.
• Be the day-to-day marketing contact for sponsors and guide deliverables.
• Collect, review and quality-check sponsor assets against specs.
• Flag risks early and update stakeholders on status.
• Reconcile delivered work with promised milestones before the event.
