Jobtailor is seeking a Sponsorship Marketing Specialist to develop and promote sponsorship offerings and create tailored proposals in collaboration with sales teams. You will analyze audiences, monitor campaigns, and prepare client dossiers to support advertisers’ objectives.

The role emphasizes autonomy, creativity, and strong collaboration with regional offices to optimize sponsorship performance and messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Have education in media/marketing and initial experience in advertising or related fields.
• Demonstrate passion for media and content with understanding of the ad market.
• Work autonomously within a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Show meticulousness, strong analytical and synthesis skills, and comfort with numbers.
• Show a sense of aesthetics and creativity in campaigns.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Develop and promote sponsorship offerings.
• Create sponsorship packages with sales teams and regional offices.
• Develop marketing pitches and sales support materials.
• Optimize messaging and marketing materials for sponsorship.
• Analyze performance and audiences.
• Conduct audience analyses for programs and competitors.
• Set up and analyze performance tests on sponsorship placements.
• Monitor and report on commercialized campaigns.
• Produce recommendations based on observed performance.
• Support the sales teams.
• Respond to daily inquiries from the sales team.
• Prepare client dossiers and tailored recommendations.
• Contribute to development of commercial proposals aligned with advertisers' objectives.
• Conduct market monitoring and benchmarking of sponsorship offers.
