Job summary

H Company, an AI research and product company, is seeking a social media and content professional based in Paris or London. You will own the company’s voice on social media, turning AI research and product launches into compelling stories, and collaborate across research, product, sales and marketing teams.

You will define audience-targeted content, publish across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, dev channels, and monitor performance to grow an engaged enterprise and developer audience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in social media, content or communications.
• Native-level English with excellent writing and storytelling.
• Real interest in AI, and the ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences.
• Experience running campaigns and using analytics to improve them.
• Comfort working across research, product, sales and leadership, and moving fast with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Define an audience targeted content strategy across social media platforms to ensure H Company’s voice is understood by the right audience at the right place and the right time.
• Redefine and constantly improve H Company’s tone of voice across dedicated social media communities.
• Run H Company’s social and content strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and developer channels where our audience is, including Hugging Face and Discord.
• Build and run a leadership members’ social media strategy across LinkedIn and X.
• Plan and publish content weekly: posts, threads, short video, launch campaigns and event coverage.
• Turn technical releases (Holo models, benchmark results) into clear, accurate stories, working with research and product.
• Showcase customer use cases, such as agents running procurement, QA or back-office workflows, in accessible formats.
• Support launches, trade shows and events with the Product, Sales and Public Affairs teams.
• Track performance, report on what works and adjust the plan.
• Keep our brand voice and visual identity consistent, working with marketing and design.
