Signal Week is seeking a designer to open an AI Content Lab within the marketing team in Paris. You will rebuild thousands of photos, videos and past campaigns into new content using AI, while also designing and building landing pages, microsites, sponsor and speaker pages, and brand portals.

You will design with craft in typography, color and composition, then translate ideas into live, shareable builds using AI coding tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year design experience
• Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus Figma
• Real UI/UX ability with wireframes, user flows and design systems
• Vibe coding using AI tools to ship deliverables
• Portfolio showing craft across typography, layout, motion and interfaces
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools for image, video and text
• Ability to produce high-volume work with fast turnarounds while maintaining quality
• Understanding of content performance metrics and social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
• Strong written English and organisational discipline for file naming and trackers

Responsabilités

• Design interfaces for landing pages, microsites, sponsor and speaker pages, and brand portals
• Build live, shareable pages using AI coding tools without a development queue
• Work in components and systems for reusability and handover
• Balance studio-quality outputs with rapid iteration to satisfy institutional partners
