AssessFirst is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Spanish market to identify, engage and qualify HR leaders, generating high-value opportunities for AssessFirst. This role is fully remote in Spain and offers autonomy and a clear growth path.

Using a data-driven, consultative approach, you will leverage multi-channel outreach, CRM insights and automation to grow our presence in Spain while collaborating with Sales and Marketing. Native Spanish is required, English a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B prospecting experience.
• Native or fluent Spanish required; professional English a plus.
• Comfort with data-driven outreach and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize target accounts and contacts for the Spanish market.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to engage HR decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities before handing to Account Executives.
• Leverage CRM insights to improve outreach and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to boost visibility in Spain.
